Food has been the most essential and core necessity since man's existence from ancient times. Food has also been a medium of human boby's emotional expression. Being happy, sad, angry, frustrated, celebrative or being just relaxed, food has always been the primary source to express such emotions.

With rapid urbanization globally consuming mankind, even food habits/intake has eveloved but to a great extent in a negative way. In earlier times when everything was less developed, food was much more simple yet more powerful due to being available in its purest form without any adulterations which sadly is not the case anymore. Nevertheless food always was and always will be the most essential component for our existence and well being, both physically as well as emotionally.

DIET is a simple four letter word, quite fascinating yet greatly misunderstood.
DIET depicts the intrinsic quality of the food, the nutritional nourishment that it provides to the human body.
Diet helps us understand food’s relationship with the human body. Over the years sadly the term “Diet” has been mis-interpreted to starvation. To put it correctly – “Diet is NOT to starve BUT to satiate the body nutritionally“.
In the present world, technology bound humans are fast progressing towards ill health because their lifestyle has become too mechanical and sedentary in nature.
To keep ourselves protected and healthy, we have to bring about a comprehensive and holistic change in our lifestyle.

About Founder (Nutritionist)

A Clinical Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Educator with an experience of 10 years in the health industry. She did her Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Delhi University followed by Masters degree in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health from Bristol University , United Kingdom. She has worked with renowned hospitals like Sir Ganga Ram hospital, Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, Medanta The medicity and few other large organisations.

She has a very diverse experience by donning multiple hats over the last 10 years. To begin with she worked for over 5 years with renowned doctors like Dr Ambrish Mithal (Padmabhushan awardee) who has been a pioneer in the field of Endocrinology and Dr A.S Lata who is also a very know name in the fraternity.

Then Parul did a project where she solely created the entire new product line of cold press juices for one of the leading companies in India going by the name of MyGreens, which is now JusDivine. She also worked with an online Health company Healthifyme.com for 3+ years where she was a senior nutritionist, a Subject Matter Expert/ Diet Auditor who had to do QC audits for almost 40-50 nutritionists of the company based out of Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. She was also  a Trainer for new joinees (nutritionists) to train them with respect to the art of making right and appropriate diets keeping in mind the patient’s health condition.
