Struggling to get fit & healthy despite all the efforts? Can you just take a second and think why? I have a thought for you.
Temporarily diverting negative thoughts towards positive thoughts or sad thoughts towards happy thoughts majorly helps. In any stressful situation or anger we always know we are headed for a disaster so take a step back. In the midst of chaos there is always a moment where you can stop for a second and be aware of the situation. That awareness will be the first step. In that moment start rehearsing a happy statement in your head like ” I am super happy at this moment”. Keep saying it in the head, avoiding what ever is happening outside. Believe me within seconds your happy hormones will start releasing calming you down and you will be able to respond to the situation better. Just with that happy thought you get the power to change your present situation.
Meditation (a process of being with oneself and tapping into the energy systems of that unified field), is a permanent way to get control over your thoughts.
Through meditation you help your mind disconnect with those unwanted thoughts and get connected with the divine. You receive divine and abundant energy which will be able to rejuvenate your body in the present.
Your mind will be able to adapt to new thoughts and develop new habits. To develop habits like healthy eating, regular physical activity, working stress free etc all shall become easy.
